I ordered a refrigerator from Flipkart (Order ID: OD337390423489656100) sold by Akshnav Online.
The delivery agent contacted me and refused to deliver the product to my address, stating that they do not have a load carrier vehicle. This is unacceptable, as arranging proper transportation is the responsibility of the delivery partner and part of the paid service.
Despite contacting customer support, the issue remains unresolved and delivery is being denied repeatedly.
This has caused delay, inconvenience, and mental stress. I request immediate delivery of the product and appropriate action against the delivery partner.
