I am reaching out to you regarding the order Id - OD337568862162045100.
This is very disappointing that my order is getting delayed for delivery from 18th May and its 23rd May but every time the product is getting undelivered and marked as rescheduled automatically without my consent.
I contacted your support chat and called your support executive; they were completely useless. They do not have any update on what your team is doing to resolve this issue, I only receive the update, "Backend team is working and will get back to you in 24-48 hours". This is a standard reply I have received every 48 hours.
I am requesting your help in resolving this issue and getting my order delivered as soon as possible.
