I have ordered the below mentioned product in DEC 2024. The gas stove was blasted while cooking , my mom injured because of this.
I have raised complaint regarding the issue on beginning of this month my status was updated as resolved on 3rd August without any resolution
I have called customer care they said complaint not closed and before 7th service executive will call.
I waited till 7th no calls received 8th August I received call form your executive she was very rudely speaking that warranty will not cover you could have broken the stove , highly disappointed of flipkart
I was purchased the stove for 5000 rs and it was bursted with in 1and 1/2 years worst product and worst customer service. I was using glass stop stove more than 10 years it was working file till now.
But the product purchased in flipkart simply waste of money and my Mom injured and lethargically answered by the flipkart staff, and also no update received for my complaint status in WhatsApp or message .
I asked filpkart customer service at least to share the warranty details and where should i contact.
In the application mentioned warranty details was fully incorrectly I am unable to contact the concern person anywhere, from the flipkart team they are simply saying that you should claim with the gas stove company we will not able to do any thing.
Worst service . In the flipkart application they are selling products we asked for the contact details of the particular company they failed to give the details.
I need a proper clarification.
