We've bought this RO from Flipkart on last aug 2025 and faced problem once earlier which also took quite some time to be resolved. But this time I've not received any call from technician and I'm on loop from customer support as they keep on saying technician will be visiting in next 48 hours or I'll get some status check. This has been happening for almost a month now. I'm really frustrated and have to buy water locally which is very expensive compared to an RO. On reaching out to Kenstar they asked me check with Flipkart. But this is unacceptable and the brand should also hold responsibility as it's there product that's being sold from Flipkart.
I'll advice anyone reading this to not buy anything From Flipkart which does the same thing as Kenstar.
