- On 24-09-2025 cooling issue on Refrigerator
- Contacted Jeeves customer care on call
- Customer care agent advised to register a complaint on Jeeves online portal
- I registered complaint of refrigerator cooling issue.

- Jeeves technician visited next day on 25-09-2025 and checked the refrigerator and found gas leakage from some parts of the refrigerator told that parts need to be replaced and after getting approval from jeeves he will replace the part ASAP and asked for invoice of refrigerator.
- I shared the refrigerator invoice with technician on his whatspp number )
- The technician did not provide any job sheet and promised to repair within 1 -2 hrs on same day (25-09-2025) as soon as he got approval from Jeeves

- On 26 -09-2025 I asked on whatsup about the update regarding about gas filling but no reply from him on whatsup.
- I called him and he told me to that contact with Jeeves as he doesn’t get any communication from Jeeves.

- After that I contacted with Jeeves multiple times and they assigned technician every time but the assigned technician closed the ticket every time by making false remarks that “customer cannot be contacted”.
- I complaint many times to Jeeves about this but they reply every time that wait for 72hrs.

- I also tweeted regarding this to Flipkart and incident ticket was generated on Flipkart.
- After multiple communication with Flipkart, Flipkart Executives said that Jeeves is not able to arrange the part, so you can repair it from authorised service centre and provide the quotation for the same.

- I arranged Samsung technician; he checked and told to replace the faulty part.
- I contacted Flipkart customer care regarding quotation, then customer care executive assured me that you can repair it from authorised service centre and later on claim the repair invoice amount.

- I got my refrigerator repaired on 02-11-2025.
- And shared the invoice in Flipkart app or reimbursement, they promised me to provide the 80 percent of the invoice amount and asked my bank details for the same. I provided the bank details on call to Flipkart executives.

- But after multiples communication to Flipkart customer care, I don’t get my reimbursement and no one able to tell the exact reason of delaying.

- After that I lodge a complaint on National consumer helpline on 18-12-2025 and got reply from Flipkart that my claim was rejected by Jeeves.

- Mental agony and harassment
- Prolonged inaction since September 2025, repeated "wait 72 hours" responses, and false closures have inflicted severe mental distress, loss of peace, and emotional suffering
- Incorrect PIN provided by ekart delivery to connect with technician. (also raised a complaint multiple time regarding incorrect PIN)
- Only get correct PIN (Mr. ARSHAD) once to connect with Technician when connected with him He denied that my area does not come under his service area and after that he closed the call again making false remarks” customer not responding”
- Also, he gives a 1 second miscall after 7PM and closes the ticket assigned to him.
- Jeeves mail not working, so cannot connect to Jeeves via mail only one option to connect with Jeeves is through online portal and customer care executive those had only one reply every time “wait for 72 hrs”.
- False and misleading remarks by Jeeves Technician
- Malicious entry of "Customer not responding" despite Undersigned's availability and follow-ups
- Wasting of my time
- Wastage of time and opportunity: Compelled to expend considerable time in futile calls, escalations, and monitoring since 24 September 2025, resulting in quantifiable loss of productive hours and inconvenience,
- litigation charges amount.
