I purchased a Blue Star Air Conditioner from Flipkart for Rs. 39,990. The installation was initially scheduled for 26 May 2026. However, Jeeves has repeatedly postponed the installation date from 26 May to 28 May, then to 1 June,2 June, 3 June and again to 4 June.
Despite multiple follow-ups with both Flipkart and Jeeves, the installation has still not been completed. I have suffered inconvenience, loss of time, and mental stress due to these continuous delays.
I request immediate installation of the AC and compensation for the delay, poor service, and inconvenience caused. I have attached screenshots and proof of the repeated rescheduling.
