flipkart harrassment in return pickup . my referigerator return pickup is still not picked up why ? the return pickup and refund is approved BUT NO CALLS NO ATTEMPT MADE to pickup ....Its been almost more than a month .....20 complaints , so much discusion and assurances BUT no pick up done super delayed . customer care is asking me to wait for ever . the issue was about the company box at one time . which also has been approved and considered . even email has been sent to the internal flipkart back end team by Ronit [ senior customer care ] and harsha [ another senior ] BUT still no pickup done till date .... also all issue raised by me is closed without my knowledge .....no one calls only i follow up .
