i have ordered grocery items on 03 july 2026, Friday, they were supposed to be delivered on sunday, 05 july 2026, I have raised the query on the app, emailed them via email to solve the issue, but there is no response, i can't even cancel the order because it is showing already shipped for 4 days now but still not out of delivery. Please help me to get my refund.
