I am writing this notice regarding my flipkart Order ID OD337414835379647100 for a Voltas Air Conditioner purchased on 27 April.
Upon delivery of the product, the required copper pipe was missing. I immediately reported the issue and raised a replacement request through customer support channels on 10 May after delivery.
Subsequently, flipkart customer support representatives contacted me and advised me to purchase the required copper pipe independently. I was expressly assured that the amount would be reimbursed up to ₹3,500 upon submission of the invoice.
In compliance with flipkart instructions:
I hereby request that the reimbursement amount be credited to me.
