I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my order for the PHD
Face Serum, which was placed on July 9, 2026.
It has now been a full week, and I have neither received the product nor
any clear updates regarding its whereabouts. Furthermore, the option to
cancel the order is unavailable on my dashboard, leaving my funds
effectively trapped.
The customer service experience regarding this issue has been entirely
unacceptable:
I have contacted customer support multiple times, only to be repeatedly
told to "wait 24 hours." And Audacity of the customer care support agents is for more worse. Im asking for a escalation call
Just to resolve my issue but the agents left me frustrated and made the situation even more worse. Tamil Customer care support the worst. It has now been 10 days of empty promises with zero proper response.
When I requested to escalate the matter to a manager, lead, or senior
executive, I was told by the agent that "no one is available."
This level of service is highly unprofessional. I require a definitive
resolution immediately.
