Detailed Complaint:
I am filing this complaint against Flipkart for unfair trade practices and closing my consumer complaint without providing any actual resolution or refund.

I placed this order using Flipkart's 'Super Pay in 3' option, and the payment transaction was successfully completed from my end. However, when the package arrived on 4th July 2026, I was away at work. Due to a severe technical glitch in Flipkart's delivery application, the order incorrectly reflected as 'Cash on Delivery' on the delivery person's device. Since he routinely delivers to my house and knows my family, my mother paid the full ₹354 in cash to him, assuming it was a genuine COD order. This has resulted in a double payment solely because of Flipkart's system error.

I raised an official complaint with Flipkart support on the exact same day, 4th July 2026. Flipkart support explicitly requested 4 days to investigate and promised a full resolution and refund by 8th July 2026. When I checked the status on 7th July, the Flipkart application clearly confirmed that the issue would be resolved by the 8th.

Today is the night of 8th July 2026. The deadline has officially passed. I have not received any callback from Flipkart's team, no refund message has been sent, and not a single rupee has been credited back. Shockingly, Flipkart has internally marked the complaint status as 'Resolved' on their app without fixing the issue.

My Questions regarding Flipkart's conduct:
On what grounds and whose permission did Flipkart mark this complaint as 'Resolved' when the customer never received a single callback, clarification, or refund?
Why is Flipkart falsifying complaint statuses to cheat customers, close active disputes, and avoid accountability for their own system's failure?
Demanded Resolution:
I demand an immediate investigation into this matter. I want Flipkart to review the logs, verify the dual transactions, and issue an immediate refund of the duplicate ₹354 collected from my house. I also require a formal explanation from a senior manager at Flipkart regarding this deceptive complaint closure.
