Dear support Team,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and triggered to prepares for legal procuedure, with how my case has been handled. Despite waiting for a resolution since June 24th, my concern has once again been closed without any action or resolution. Your team has repeatedly provided rescheduled dates only to close the ticket arbitrarily.
Given the lack of progress and the unilateral closure of my complaint, I am now prepared to escalate this matter legally.
Kindly refer the attached screenshot, screen record and pickup boy phone info picture,
Rest all the required delivery and pickup attempt recorded video is also available with me for further legal proceedings,
1. Its intentionally not showing the required
language so that customer cant connect with you.
2. Given misinformation in Pickup boy's phone so that he can't approve and complete the pickup.
3. No updates on action taken on seller,
4. No Followups from your side on customer service and concern, only few calls just for share another extended date.
