On 29th July I have placed an order for Aquaguard Ritz Pro 2X Life, WiFi-enabled, Smart IoT Water RO Purifier and paid through by Debit Card. To our surprise they delivered Aquaguard Enrich Ritz Pro water purifier.... The ladies at home seen the pack Aquaguard Ritz pro and shared the OTP. The one we ordered and paid was advanced version with Stainless Steel Drum but the one they delivered was Plastic and lowerend version and now denying to exchange or return saying as per the OTP policy. Our point was when the company can do a mistake sending as wrong product the mistake of the lady confused with Ritz Pro and Enrich Ritz Pro is very much acceptable. The guy came for installation also clicked the photo and uploaded for the wrong product delivered. Now they are denying to accept the return and give back our old kent RO water purifier which they took under exchange nor exchange to the requested model. Annexed Label shows the order model but the product inside is different. I
