I recently ordered Kuhl prima fan for 2200 rupees from flipkart.It came after two days.It was damaged from the front but that is not the issue.I filed replacement for it the person came after a day and saw the product and rejected it I filed replacement again called customer care they are telling me daily that it will arrive tomorrow but it's been 3 days since all these problems.I am facing consequences of your mistakes and am facing mental harrasment what is the use of express delivery if u give damaged products and then waste 10 days where is my money then.I want my replacement as soon as possible I am a flipkart black premium member.I am very disappointed with your services and am considering filing a case in consumer court for mental harrasment and bad services with customer.If u give my product soon it will be not done.I am attaching my order details.
