I, Mohd Shoaib Khan (New Delhi), purchased a 12-month Flipkart BLACK Membership on 16 January 2026 for Rs. 990 (Order ID: OD336536192011691100, Invoice No. EAAACK000360326), valid until 15 January 2027.
WHAT HAPPENED:
On 02 June 2026, Flipkart abruptly terminated my BLACK membership via an automated email from a no-reply address (noreply@rmt.flipkart.com), stating only that my "transactions do not comply with the terms and conditions of the BLACK program." No specific transaction was named. No specific clause was cited. No prior warning was given. No appeal or review option was provided.
THE STRONGEST EVIDENCE — FLIPKART'S OWN SYSTEM CONTRADICTS ITSELF:
On 04 June 2026 — two days AFTER the termination email — Flipkart's own SuperCoin system automatically credited +100 loyalty cashback coins on the same Vivo T5x 5G order (OD337659160171871100) that was allegedly non-compliant. If the transaction genuinely violated the BLACK terms, Flipkart would not have rewarded it with cashback two days later. This internal contradiction in Flipkart's own records proves the termination was arbitrary and baseless.
FINANCIAL LOSSES:
1. Rs. 990 — Membership fee paid. Flipkart offered a pro-rated Gift Card refund (approx. Rs. 619) by 04 June 2026 — but even that was never credited.
2. Rs. 2,530 — 2,530 confirmed SuperCoins rendered practically unusable. Under BLACK I could redeem 1,000 coins per order. Forced downgrade to Gold allows only 100 coins per order. Extra Coins worth 3,234 coins were expiring within 6–13 days of termination — requiring 32+ separate orders to redeem, which is impossible.
3. Mental harassment, wasted time, and loss of contracted benefits.
PRIOR COMPLAINTS — NO RESOLUTION:
- NCH Complaint No. 9445788 filed 03.06.2026 — Flipkart closed it on 06.06.2026 with a copy-paste response, no resolution.
- Flipkart support Incident No. IN26060315323829722503 — multiple follow-up emails, no substantive reply.
MY DEMANDS:
1. Full refund of Rs. 990 to original payment source (not Gift Card)
2. Compensation for 2,530 SuperCoins at Rs. 1 per coin = Rs. 2,530

Restoration of BLACK membership for remaining term (through 15 January 2027) with 90-day extension of all SuperCoin validity
All my purchases were for genuine personal and family use. Flipkart's own terms contain no clause restricting the number of items a consumer may buy — no clause was cited in the termination email because none was violated.
