I purchased a new Motorola Edge 60 Pro from Flipkart. On the same day of delivery, I noticed a serious defect in the device. The camera lens developed fog/moisture (condensation) inside the camera module, causing blurred photographs and poor image quality.

The defect appears whenever the camera is used, particularly after taking photos or when the phone is exposed to normal temperature changes. Since the issue was present from the very first day of use, it is clearly a manufacturing defect and not the result of physical damage, mishandling, or misuse.

I immediately reported the issue to both Flipkart and the Motorola Authorized Service Centre and requested a replacement under the return/replacement policy. However, despite reporting the defect within the applicable period, both Flipkart and Motorola refused to replace or accept the return of the defective handset.

Flipkart advertised a 7-day replacement/return guarantee, yet my legitimate request was denied even though the defect was reported immediately after delivery. Instead of providing the promised after-sales support, both parties shifted responsibility to each other, causing unnecessary inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of time.
