I would like to file a complaint regarding the installation service for my AC order, Order ID: OD437467595453477100.
For the last two days, both Flipkart and your service partner, Jeeves, have been repeatedly assuring me that the installation would be completed, but no action has been taken so far. Whenever I contact customer care, I am incorrectly informed that I said I was unavailable, which is completely false. I never mentioned being unavailable at any time.
I have been continuously waiting for the installation, and this kind of misleading information and delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience. It feels like the customer is being misled by both the service partner and customer support.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange the installation at the earliest possible time.
