I, the complainant, state that I am a regular and responsible user of the Flipkart platform and its “Flipkart Pay Later” service.

I had an outstanding amount of ₹4,470, which I successfully paid in December 2025 through Flipkart’s authorized lending partner, IDFC First Bank. The payment was made within the due date, and there has been no default, delay, or violation of terms from my end.

Despite the successful payment, Flipkart:
  • Arbitrarily stopped my Flipkart Pay Later transactions, and
  • Cancelled my orders without my consent, prior notice, or valid explanation.
This action was taken even after the dues were cleared, causing financial inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of trust. No justification, warning, or corrective support was provided despite my compliance.

The actions of the opposite parties clearly indicate poor internal coordination, negligence, and lack of accountability, which directly affected me as a consumer.
