I order VOLTAS AC 1.5 TON from flipkart on 11th June 2026 and was delivered on 15th June 2026. On 18th June flipkart authorised technician came to home for its installation when he opened the box he found indoor unit fron panel hook is broken. He told me that plz raise the request for replacement or refund which you want. I raised complaint on same day but flipkart app showing some error so I call them on their customer care number they promised by 19th June but nothing happened, On 19th June i got resolution date by 20th June then on 21st June then on 23rd June . Every time i called customer support they always kept on repeating same line that your complained has been escalated and please wait for 48hours (even after waiting for 120+ hours). Customer care is unable to give any detail on seller, they said that they dont have any authority to share it, they cant share what action they took against seller or delivery agent, they cant even let me talk to a senior executive. All they say every time is backend team is working on it and we can not lodge your return duw to some technical issue. . My money is stuck and no one is taking any action.
On 22nd June i contacted customer care again, but they told me that they will only give an update after 48 hours (not refund but an update if seller has approved refund or not), they are not taking any strict action against the seller and waiting for him to approve refund for my own hard earner money. Till date i have no update on my return order and my money.
