I’ve mistakenly booked my flight ticket for 4th august instead of 4th july on 19th june but immediately i contacted the airline and got it cancelled. As it got cancelled from the airline end and full refund was initiated at that very moment but till now I haven’t got any refunds from goibibo. And if i am trying to contact them they are keeping my calls on hold or saying me that they are still in process. It’s been a week now. What is the process now? My refund is being delayed because of which I can’t book my other flight. Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
