Flight cancelled due to operational reasons from the airline, but refund not done even after 20 days.

I booked three Star air flight tickets for me, my wife and kid to and fro from Shivamogga to Goa for 10-10-2025 onward journey and 12-10-2025 back to Shivamogga. I booked the tickets from their website StarAir - Star Air – Low-Cost Flights & Last-Minute Deals in India on 02-10-2025. I travelled Goa on 10-20-2025 as scheduled, but the return flight was cancelled due to operational reasons from their side and this was conveyed to me through email on 09-10-2025 itself. So I booked return flight for 13-10-2025 but that was also conveyed to me as cancelled due to operational reasons. This was conveyed to me on 11-10-2025 through email. I was without clue what to do next. I travelled by bus from Goa to Shivamogga on 12-10-2025 with hardship. Immediately on cancellation the star air people called me and get my request for refund by pressing 1. I also sent email requesting refund on 12th, 15th, 19th, 27th and on 29th Oct 2025. I also tried to contact the customer care many times but I was not able to talk to the customer care executive as they used to disconnect the call siting the reason that all the customer care executives were busy assisting the guests. Then I called the customer care and scheduled return call. They called me back on 29-10-2025 at 9-24PM and told me that refund will take 7 to 10 working days after 20 days have already over. The expected amount that they have to refund is Rs. 18,270/-. Despite repeated follow ups, through phone, email the refund has not been credited even after 20 days, which amounts to deficiency in service.
