Product & Purchase Details:
I purchased a Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro Plus Smartwatch from Amazon (Order No. 404-0527688-4590751) on 17 June 2025 for ₹1,404.
Issue Faced:
Within one month of purchase, the smartwatch started showing battery issues. The charging would not last more than an hour, making the product defective and unusable.
Warranty & Service History:
I raised a complaint with Fire-Boltt while the product was still under warranty (Ticket ID: 101802). The watch was collected from my residence on 20 August 2025 with the assurance that it would be repaired and returned.
Despite multiple follow-ups, Fire-Boltt informed me that the product would be replaced with a new unit. However, even after about 4 months, I have not received any repaired or replacement product.

Since the company has already exceeded reasonable timelines and the product is still under warranty, and because I cannot accept the product anymore after such prolonged delay, I request the following:
