I placed an order (Order ID: 20250406-17532577) on 06 April 2025 with Find Your Kicks India and paid ₹10,000. The product was never delivered.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the opposite party gave inconsistent reasons such as quality issues, supply delays, and sourcing problems, without providing any delivery timeline. I then requested cancellation and refund.
On 24 September 2025 and again on 27 October 2025, the opposite party confirmed that the refund had been initiated, but no amount was credited. Thereafter, they continued to delay the matter citing technical issues and asking for further details, without processing the refund.
The opposite party has failed to deliver the product or refund the amount despite multiple assurances, causing financial loss and mental harassment. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
