I am so disheartened to write for a brand which appeared on shark tank and got a recognition. This brand has taken money from me for a shoes a month back and I am chasing them for an update but no one has the audacity to update the timeline or help with refund if they are unable to deliver the shoes. Trusting them I chose to wait and I wanted to gift it but now I couldn’t gift it and also I am not hearing back from them in terms of refund. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM FIND YOUR KICKS. They’ll scam you and won’t revert. That’s how important customers are for them. I am literally chasing them everyday on mails and instagram since 19th september and now on Linkedin too.

Please compile all documentation related to this transaction, including:

  • Proof of payment (transaction receipts, bank statements)
  • Screenshots or logs of attempted communications and call attempts
  • Any other interaction history with the seller

Given the possibility of online fraud, we strongly recommend that you lodge a formal complaint under the Information Technology Act with your nearest Cyber Crime Cell. You may do so:
  • Online via the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: cybercrime.gov.in
  • In person at your local Cyber Crime Police Station

Be sure to attach all collected evidence—including screenshots, transaction details, and communication logs—when filing your complaint.



Simultaneously, you may initiate action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, on behalf of:
  • Claim for full refund of ₹16000/-
  • Compensation for harassment and mental distress (suggested range: ₹5,0000 – ₹100,000)
  • Reimbursement of litigation costs (₹5,000–₹10,000)

Since the amount is within the jurisdiction of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, you may file the complaint using the e-filing portal or through in-person submission at the district level.
