i ordered chocolates from Ditch the guilt on 10 july but after wait for 4-5 days the order still not received and then i tried to contact them but all of their number and email were invalid then i searched about them and found out they were scam, On 16 july i emailed them but still no response then i visited rozarpay from where the payment was done then i found the support number and email , email was invalid but the number was working i called them more than 20 times but no one picked then i messaged them on WhatsApp and called there after spamming calls and messages they he responded and i asked to give my money back then he told I'll look into it so i waited for a day, next day in the morning i again called him and spammed messages no response again yesterday i messaged him so many times no response, and today when i called him 3-4 time he refunded my money back, this is his number (90040 32446)
