I HAVE BOOKED A RENTAL PURIFIER FROM LIVEPURE PRIVATE LIMITED FOR 3000 RS
CALLED THEM BEFORE INSTALLING REGARDING INSTALLATION CHARGES AND ALL AND DO THEY ANY SPECIAL KIND OF EQUIPMENT FOR FITTING THEY SAID NO MAAM ITS COMPLETELY ON US ‘0 CHARGE INSTALLATION’
THE PURIFIER GOT DELIVERED N THEN THE INSTALLATION PERSON CAME HE ASKED FOR THE CODE WHICH I GAVE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER TIME WE GIVE TO A DELIVERY PERSON
THEN HE SAID MAAM YOU NEED TO PAY ME 1700 RS I TOLD HIM I M NOT GOING TO PAY AS THE COMPANY SAID ITS A ZERO CHARGE INSTALLATION HE SAID WE REQUIRE SOME PARTS I SAID I’LL CONFIRM WITH YOUR COMPANY

N THEN WHEN I CALL THE COMPANY THEY R SAYING YES YOU NEED TO PAY FOR WHATEVER PARTS THE PERSON IS ASKING
COULD THEY NOT HAVE TOLD THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT THE SERVICE
THEN THEIR EXECUTIVE TOLD ME VERY RUDELY WHY DID YOU GIVE THE CLOSURE CODE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN AFTER INSTALLATION ,THEN WHY THEIR SERVICE PERSON ASKED FOR IT BEFORE INSTALLATION
THEN THEY R REPEATEDLY SAYING YOUR PURIFIER IS INSTALLED MAAM EVEN WHEN I M SAYING ITS NOT
NO RESPONSE
PURIFIER NOT FITTED FOR MANY MANY DAYS
THEN THIS SERVICE PERSON SAYS I’LL DO THE FITTING IN 500 RS N THEN COMES TO MY HOUSE N SAYS BUT THIS WAY YOUR PURIFIER WILL STOP WORKING IN A FEW DAYS BECAUSE I M GOING TO ATTACH ON,Y ONE PART
I TOLD HIM I M FINDING PARTS YOU R MENTIONING AT A VERY CHEAPER RATE THAN WHAT U R SAYING HE SAID THEN GO AND BUY, THEN I WNET ALL THE WAY TO DADAR N BOUGHT THISE PARTS FOR 650 rs WHAT HE WAS ASKING 1700 FOR
WHEN I INFORMED THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS DISCREPANCY NOT RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE
AFTER BUYING THE PARTS THIS SERVICE PERSON STOPS RECEIVING MY CALLS N ONE TIME HE RECIEVED AND SAID CALL ANY PLUMBER N GET IT FIXED YOURSELF N COMPANY ALSO NOT RESPONDING SAYING YOUR PURIFIER IS ALREADY INSTALLED I HAVE CALLED THEM FOR 10 DAYS 2-3 CALLS PER DAY NO RESPONSE OR THEY ARE GIVING ME NUMBERS OF SERVICE PERSON WHO ARE ON LEAVE
THEN ONE SERVICE PERSON CAME N PURIFIER COULD NOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE WATER COULD NOT BE TURNED OFF
HE IS AGAIN ASKING FOR CLOSURE CODE
DIDNT THEIR COMPANY SAY GIVE THE CLOSURE CODE WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETE
HE MESSAGED ME I’LL NOT COME AGAIN AS CODE NOT GIVEN
WHENEVER I M CALLING THIS COMPANY SAYING I WANT TO CANCEL THEIR SHITTY SERVICE BECAUSE THIS HAS LED ME TO A LOT OF MENTAL TORTURE THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME LEGIT CANCELLATION OPTIONS BUT SAYING MAAM DONT CANCEL WE’LL SEND THE SERVICE PERSON THIS THAT
THEIR APP DOESNT HAVE AN OPTION OF CANCELLATION AS WELL
WHAT AND AMBIGUIOUS APP AND VERY PATHETIC SERVICE TEAM
I HAVE GONE THROUGH A LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT N ITS BEEN 15 DAYS I HAVE NOT USED THIS PURIFIER FOR WHICH I AM PAYING
I WANT MY 3000 refund N COMPENSATION FOR PARTS I BOUGHT ON MY OWN AND ALSO FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT FROM THEIR SIDE
