29 May 2025: One Mr. Kanakaiah introduced Mr. Kattiroju Venkateshwarlu a Carpenter Contractor for our Carpentry Works (with Material) for our 2 Flats in Daffodil building, of Greater Infra project in Ameenpur, Hyderabad.

29 May 2025: Mr. Kattiroju Venkateshwarlu understood our Carpentry works and other requirements and he submitted a rough quotation for approval and we accepted his quotation.

01 June 2025: We released an advance cash of Rs.3,00,000/- to start the work.

02 June 2025: He started the work after taking the actual measurements of both the flats.

21 June 2025: Released 2nd payment of Rs. 3,50,000/- by cash as the work was in progress.

18 October 2025: When I visited both the flats and inspected, he has completed only 60% of the work that too with substandard material and poor workmen-ship. The pictures have been attached for records.

Mr. Kattiroju Venkateshwarlyu was supposed to complete the work by 21 July 2025 even though there was delay in completing the works by 21 July 2025.I have accepted the delay and requested him to complete the works at the earliest but he stopped working since 16 October 2025. He did not acknowledge our calls or messages or any other means of contacting him.

We have lost our rents for both the flats @ Rs.30,000/- per flat since August 2024 to till date and we are in a standstill with the works.
