Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to file a case against Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd through this forum as I am feeling helpless after multiple attempts to get refund from Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd.

After so many communication with the builder "Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd." and multiple reminders, still not received our refund of rs.460000/- (3 kattah plot@15Lakh ) for Falguni Naskar and Rs.100000/-(Adv booking amount for another 3 kattha plot) for Gaurav Kumar Lal till date.

Case Details explaining you what happened----

1) We went to buy a plot at ( Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd ) project at New Royal Enclave (New Town opposite Shapoorji housing).
2) With the guidance of Sales representatives namely - Mrs.Sriparna Jana & Mumtaz , two(2) 3 kattha plots has been chosen and identified by us and agreed to pay 10% of total amount of plot ie.4500000for allotment paper and 1 Lakh for Amenities (Total - 450000+10000= 460000/-)
3) I(Falguni Naskar) have Given 10% amount including Amenities charge (Rs 460000/-) to get allotment paper of 3 kattha plot @15Lakh/kattah
4) My brother in law (Gaurav Kumar Lal) has Given Rs. 100000/- as advance booking amount for another 3 kattha plot @15Lakh/kattha.
4) Sreeparna Jana & Mumtaz (Sales Manager) misguided us to buy a plot which has been sold out already.
5) Transaction done on February 2024 and still we are waiting for refund.
6) When asked for allotment paper for my (Falguni Naskar) plot as 10% already given, Sriparna communicated to us as that plot already sold out to another party,so opt for another plot.
7) We disagreed to go for another plot and asked for refund of amount 460000/- for my (Falguni Naskar ) and Rs.100000/- for my brother in law (Gaurav Kumar Lal )which has already been paid to Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd .
8) As this is the mistake from Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd (New Royal Enclave management),We asked to refund the amount on urgent basis and we should not wait for 6 months.
9) Mr.Sandeep & Mr.Satyajit has confirmed at the office at that time that we should get entire amount of Rs.460000/- for Falguni Naskar and Rs.100000/- for Gaurav Kumar Lal ASAP.
10) We signed the form of refund when Mr. Sandeep confirmed that we should get those entire amount ASAP before 6 months .
11) Mr Sandeep and Mr.Satyajit is misleading us by providing multiple dates and threatened me for non refunding money.

So, As this issue from their side for not able to deliver the allotment paper for mentioned /promised plot after payment booking amount ... So, requested them to verify and release our all the above-mentioned amounts without any further delay but no action or refund till date
