Extremely Disappointing Experience with Ferns N Petals
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ferns N Petals (FNP). I purchased a hamper worth more than ₹12,000 as a special gift for my friend on her wedding anniversary. I trusted FNP to make the occasion memorable, but the experience was completely unacceptable.
Despite providing the correct delivery details, the hamper was not delivered to the correct address. What was even more disappointing was the way the company handled the issue afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility for the delivery failure, FNP refused to redeliver the hamper to the correct address and also refused to provide a refund.
For a company charging such a significant amount for a gift, I expected much better customer service and accountability. The entire purpose of ordering the hamper was to celebrate an important occasion, and FNP completely failed to deliver on that promise.
I strongly recommend being very cautious before placing an expensive order with FNP. A company should stand behind its service, especially when it has failed to deliver a ₹12,000+ order correctly. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support.
