i purchased a TVS Jupitor 113CC drum model (sky blue) in Nov 2024 from M/s Shanti Kangan TVS Showroom, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad and with in 2 months the vehicle got break down and stopped in a busy road. i called the company dealer who have taken the vehicle and given telling that the vehicle is OK. from that day i am experiencing vibration and several times i visited the Shanti TVS service centre which is at Ashoknagar Hyderabad.
several letters i have given and mails also given to TVS consumer care who every time generated grievance ID but no action taken. after the completion of 15 months also i am facing the same problem with the vehicle and the response of the service centre and dealer is not at all satisfactory. during recent visit on 4.2.2026 also manager of the showroom behaved rudely with me and ignored my appeals and returned the vehicle stating the problem is solved and i observed after riding that it is not at all rectified.
i already served notices in Mar 25 and April 25 to the head office of the company under copy to the dealer and service centre, demanding replacement of vehicle or pay the compensation amount equal to the value of the vehicle. i got letter from company also that they are looking in to the issue and detail letter will be given, which i have not received till date.
i request your goodselves to settle the issue by getting the vehicle replaced or settling payment of compensation
