Purchase of a TCL 55 UHD SMART GOOGLE TV (Model: 55P655) made in the name of Mrs. MastanBee Shaik, bearing contact number 9014889968 and Relationship ID 9014889968 on 02/02/2025 for an amount of 31990 (INR - Thirty one Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety) towards the TCL 55 UHD SMART GOOGLE TV (Model: 55P655) and 7499 (INR - Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Nine) towards 4 year extended warranty. The television was sold as a brand-new product; however, within a couple of days of purchase, it started exhibiting issues such as blurred images and requiring continuous restarts.

Despite multiple requests (like reference NO.0701423841 given by you) to replace the defective television, Reliance Digital has failed to take any action. Instead, in contradiction to the guaranteed policy and the extended warranty of four years (in addition to the one-year product warranty), we were pressured to opt for repairs instead of receiving a replacement for the faulty unit.
