Purchased the item on 21st May 2026. While on the first use it stopped working. Contacted the seller for the same but for 3-4 days they kept delaying to visit and repair and when they came they called me at 11.30PM. Just checked the machine, did something to it and went back by saying we have cleared it. Upon the second use it again got stuck. After calling the seller multiple times he said the work could not be done since there is a motor fault. And we will be sending a repair guy today itself. Since 10 days I have been calling them and asking for help/new item/ Refund. They just keep delaying. Strong action should be taken against such fraud people.
