I purchased Eureka Forbes Lvac Voice pro robot vacuum cleaner in September 2024. It started having issues within 5 months of usage. It is under warranty and the product was faulty so called customer care to repair it. The technician, Sai Kumar Reddy ph number: 9449642029, who came to repair it said he does not know what the problem is and he needs to take it to his office to check it fully. It's been more than 2 weeks since the technician took it for repairs but till now I have been raising repeated complaints but they are not repairing/returning/replacing the product and nor are they giving me my money back. The technician is only giving fake reasons for not returning. First he said its ready, then he said he is on leave now he is saying that there is some issue with PCB and his boss has the machine. I asked him to give me the contact number of his boss and he just cut my call and is not picking my calls anymore. I feel he has kept the product for himself without informing anyone. I am stuck with the worst customer care team I have ever seen. They only raise tickets but never take any action. Here are the list of complaints raised -

Today the technician returned the machine after spoiling it further. The buttons on the machine which was previously working has now completely stopped working. Please help me get a refund for this faulty machine

You need to file a case against them at e-jagriti Platform: Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India portal.

Before filing case we suggest you to send an email to Eureka Forbes customer care and escalate the issue, wait for their reply.

If they are not replying you and not giving you the satisfactory reply, revert us back.

We will assist you in drafting case and filing case in the Consumer forum.
