I am raising a complaint against blinkit. They have mentioned there is 7 days replacement policy. But when I raised complain immediately after receiving the product which was faulty. Their customer associate replied they can't do anything. Secondly, they dint even tried to listen or understand the issue and directly gave that statement. I requested them to call but directly said your number is not reachable, without even trying. I have all the evidences related to this matter. Also, when I asked for grievance number that also not provided, they asked me to wait for the reply on email.
