I bought Llyods AC 3 months back from local retailer but it has not been cooling the room since I bought , after requesting technician visited and didn’t listen us properly , he tried to make us fool that ac is working absolutely ok and he gave fake report at his office that ac is working absolutely fine . Though I checked and numerous people checked and said that your ac is not ok , technician ignored our complaint and left .
Technician used own temperature gauge which was absolutely faulty and I used my temp gauge both were giving different reading . I just request for my ac replacement or my money back . I contacted shop keeper too he said I can’t do anything .

Please note: Case filing process is almost same, you just need to change the company name from toshiba to lloyd.
