I would like to file a complaint against FatakPay regarding unfair recovery practices, mental harassment, and unethical behavior towards me and my family members.
The company freezes the repayment button on the due date and later applies additional penal charges the next day. Due to this, I am unable to make payment on time even when I am willing to pay.
Additionally, their recovery agents are continuously threatening me and my family members through calls and messages. They are creating mental pressure, using harassment tactics, and demanding the entire payment at once without providing any proper installment or repayment support. Because of these actions, both I and my family are suffering from severe mental harassment, stress, and disturbance.
I request the authority to take strict action against these unfair and harassing practices and direct the company to:
Stop all harassment calls and threats immediately.
Stop contacting and mentally harassing my family members.
Remove unfair penal charges caused due to their system/payment issue.
Provide a fair repayment/installment option.
I am attaching all available screenshots, call recordings, messages, and proof for reference.
Kindly take necessary action and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
