The Fastag issued by the cariot auto alias Cars24 on Aug 2024 has been blocked by axis bank on Jan2025 . I inquired the nature of issue and found there is wrong data uploaded by the cars24 which caused this. Regarding this I have reported to the bank as well cars24 immediately but cars24 keep on dragging the matter and unresolved. I followed with the bank officials and finally they agreed to close the fast tag yet refund not provided. Simultaneously I reported and requested the cars24 to refund my Fastag issuance cost rs.589. After stringent follow ups made by cars24 not even responding to requests. And keep on pulling this matter which causing inconvenience to my travels.I pleading Tribunal to resolve my issue by intervene on top priority basis.
