On 2 July at approximately 8:33 PM, I accidentally transferred ₹2,000 to the wrong bank account due to a glitch in the FamPay app. Since the incident, I have made every possible effort to resolve the issue by sending multiple emails, raising several support tickets, and contacting customer care over the phone numerous times. Despite my consistent follow-ups and patience, I have received little to no meaningful assistance or accountability from the support team. The lack of timely communication, ownership, and resolution has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected better support in addressing an issue that resulted from a technical problem with the platform.
