I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my AC installation

request has been handled. The installation was scheduled for today, but it has been suddenly
Rescheduled to May 11th with a false update stating that this change was made as per my request. Let me be very clear I did NOT request any rescheduling. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Making such false updates without customer consent shows a serious lack of accountability.
I need the installation to be completed by tomorrow without any further excuses or delays.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with returning the
product and will also escalate this issue further through appropriate reviews.
Take this matter seriously and arrange the installation at the earliest. I
expect an immediate confirmation.
