I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a mis-selling incident involving sales team at Honda Erai showroom Chandrapur.In January 2025, I purchased a Honda Elevate model 2025, from dealership, based on the information provided by sales representatives
Unfortunately, after the purchase, I discovered that the car's was 10 months old and shine was lost in the car and also extended warranty was effective from July 2024 so lost 6 months of warranty
Then I went to showroom for resolution but During my visit, I was not only treated with utter disrespect but also subjected to offensive and abusive language. This experience has left me feeling mentally distressed and deeply humiliated. It is shocking that such behavior is tolerated in an establishment that should prioritize customer service and professionalism. So I insist on Disciplinary action against Manager, as such behavior is completely unacceptable and assurance that corrective measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents from happening again.
I trusted team’s professional advice, but this experience has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I request an immediate resolution, which may include any fair compensation
