Hi,
I am Tapish . I decided to travel on 21 June 2026 from Delhi to Varanasi. The travel company Radhey Krishna Tour and Travels, located at C1/A, Gazipur Dairy Farm, Delhi 110096, sold me 6 tickets at a price of 1,800 each and provided us with false information that the bus would depart from the bus stand at 11:00 AM. However, when we reached the departure point, we came to know that the bus would depart at 2:00 PM, which resulted in a complete waste of our time, as we had already made hotel and aarti bookings in Banaras that we were unable to attend.
Moreover, when we reached the bus, the driver said that he would start the journey at 3:00 PM and drop us off at 6:00 AM the next morning.
In this entire situation, we have suffered a loss of time and money, as our hotel booking for the night will not be refunded, along with the loss of our aarti booking. The bus driver was also rude to the female passengers in our group and did not allow them to sit on the waiting chairs.
Kindly look into this matter.
