Hi All,

Sharing an update, I have filed a complaint in consumer court through a lawyer.

It is not working out as the Legal Notice is not being delivered to their office address as it's been closed. I don't have FALA current address.

Court saying, need a address to which the notice can be delivered, otherwise they are going to dismiss the case.

Filing a case in court is also not helping. Reaching out to Lawyers & Court is waste of time and fees.

Looks only option is to file FIR in the Police Station. Not sure whether we get refund , at least , stop them making fraud furthur.

Please share if any one has their (FALA) Home address where Legal Notice can be delivered.

Even I am a victim of this fraud, I was in contact with Mr Farooq whose phone number is 9148832488 and Ms Tasneem whose phone number is 9742573745. Both are numbers are not reachable now. Initially they did give me few bookings for day outing, but since last 6 months none of them are reachable.

Farooq is the MAJOR CULPRIT FOR THE ENTIRE FRAUDULENT ACTION. THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE PUT UNDER JAIL. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE LIKE ANYTHING. THEY ARE CRUEL BRUTS. LOAFERS. BASTARDS. WE MUST NOT FALL PREY TO THESE ROUGES. MANY PEOPLE LOST THEIR MONEY THROUGH CREDIT CARDS. THEY BEG YOU TILL THEY WITHDRAW THE MONEY THEN ABSCOND. POLICE AND COURT CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS PEOPLE ARE BLINDLY TRUSTING THESE 420 CHEATERS. AFTER THAT WE ARE ALL CRYING FOR OUR MONEY.
