I ordered this body adhesive roller from the site called fixie by glolabs. The product I got is delivered from Uttar Pradesh whereas the site states their location in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The label of the image shown on their website is different from what I received. I was not asked to login on their site and was asked only for my number. I never received any message after the order and hence I’m not able to login or return the product. I request you to please look in the matter.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
