Sir I had ordered three medicinal products from drema zone and worth 2331 and they sent me fake water bottles instead .
I tried contacting the company’s customer care, but the contact number provided is not working. Further, their website states that no refund is possible once the product is shipped and that they do not offer exchanges, leaving consumers with no effective remedy even when the company delivers the wrong product.
