Dear Sir,
I have Purchased Samsung Brand Memory Card from Flipkart. It is purchased for Dash Cam application for which the purchased card is compatible & Recomended.
As the product didn't work with my dash cam, I raised complaint at Flipkart. They denied to support as the post sales support to be provided by the brand as per their policy.
So I contacted Samsung support team & through their guidance I understand that the product supplied by Flipkart is fake one & they issued claim deniel email.
I contacted again Flipkart , they have given deadline till 24th July for this issue resolution.
Now the point is - The Samsung Memory card which I received from Flipkart is Not Genuine one as claimed by manufacturer & I request strict action against Flipkart for selling fake Products online & cheating customers.
