Subject: Complaint against Dremazone.com for delivery of wrong product
I ordered Morr F 5% from Dremazone.com on 26 June 2026, and it was delivered the same day. However, instead of Morr F 5%, I received a completely different product called Verrylich. Both the outer box and the product inside were Verrylich.
I tried contacting the company’s customer care, but the contact number provided is not working. Further, their website states that no refund is possible once the product is shipped and that they do not offer exchanges, leaving consumers with no effective remedy even when the company delivers the wrong product.
I request that appropriate action be taken against the company for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service, and that I be provided with a full refund along with suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
