Dear sir, we ordered pizza through dominos which was ordered to their Kurji, Patna store at 10.30 pm on 20 Oct 2025.
The app showed the delivery partner is Sudhir Kumar. Upon waiting too much we called him on which the person answered in abusive language and asked to disconnect.
We went to store and then Manager told he is not the guy. Then we realise a big scam is going on, the dominos company app showing fake person number who is not delivering the order.
Moreover, the main guy who was out to deliver, he also was roaming for his personal work and app showing he is on my location whereas we didn't receive any calls.. later he said he is at karans place which is another fake name.
The store at last gave us the cold pizza which he took outside for 1.5 hours.
Moreover, we tried calling store from the number the help section gave us, and it's out of order.
I think the company feels the consumer is completely dumb and they can do anything.
I have attached the store number the app gave which the store said is wrong.
Also I attached the order details with order timing.
