I'm writing this mail to raise the concern regarding my order which I ordered on 16 January a light lamp for kid which promised to be delivered on 19 January and still 21 January it's not delivered. By itself amazon team marked it reject from my side. Upon discussion with customer support team and senior team management I got promised that they will ask delivery person to deliver it by EOD and same they have given me message in Amazon app message center with delivery OTP. when I'm calling the given contact number I came to know that there is no order to deliver.
Customer support did fake commitments to me which show they their customer value and their concerns. Seriously it's too frustrating for me twice they created me. The lamp for kid and i was excited to have that and it was gift for kid. Everything they have ruined and all excitement turn into frustration. The order was COD.
