I have ordered 2 lunch boxes on amazon it was never delivered to me but the status says delivered and this issue is not only with the current order i have already faced this issue nearly 6 times but they never resolve my problem and instead blamed my account saying violation of their refund policy and refused to give me a refund and they asked me to raise a query regarding my issue but they the investigation team disclosed the problem saying they can’t resolve it and not to give me a refund or replacement
