Dear Delhivery Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my shipment (AWB: 2827780544471).

As per the tracking status, the shipment is marked as “return to seller” to the seller. However, the seller has clearly stated that they have not received the returned package. This has left me in a difficult situation where I have already paid ₹3500, but neither the product nor the refund has been provided.

I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue. Kindly provide the following details at the earliest:

• Confirmation of return delivery
• Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Receiver’s name, contact details, and signature

This matter is urgent, and I expect a prompt resolution. If not addressed soon, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to consumer forums.
